CVE-2023-49620Network attack vector

Authenticated UDF deletion via unchecked resource identifier

Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Feb 13, 2025

Missing authorization in Apache DolphinScheduler 2.0.0 before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' UDF functions. ResourcesController passed an attacker-supplied UDF identifier to the deletion service without passing the logged-in user for a resource permission check. Any logged-in account that supplies another function's numeric identifier can remove a UDF used by SQL tasks, altering scheduled workflow resources.
