Authenticated plugin crash via unchecked type assertion

Improper input validation in affected Mattermost Server releases allows remote authenticated users to crash the Playbooks plugin via a request. The updateStatusDialog handler treated the untrusted reminder submission as a string without checking its Go interface type, so a non-string value triggered a panic. An account permitted to manage an active playbook run can reach the endpoint; the reported consequence is interruption of the Playbooks plugin, not the Mattermost server.
