Authenticated data access via deprecated function modules
Published Dec 12, 2023 · Updated Nov 26, 2024
Command injection in deprecated function modules in SAP Solution Manager 720 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify component data. SAP identifies execution of certain deprecated function modules but has not published their names or the input-to-command processing defect. A low-privilege account and network access are required; exploitation crosses component boundaries without user interaction but does not interrupt service.
