Cross-site scripting in SAP HCM SMART PAYE components S4HCMCIE 100 and SAP_HRCIE 600, 604, and 608 allows remote attackers to alter page content. SMART PAYE fails to encode user-controlled input before incorporating it into generated web content, but SAP does not identify the affected parameter, page, or function. Exploitation requires user interaction and permits limited reading or modification of application information without interrupting service.
