Command injection in Nokia CBIS 22 and NCS 22.12 and NCS 23.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via /api/plugins. The endpoint passes the X-FILENAME, X-PAGE, and X-FIELD HTTP header values into subprocess.Popen without adequate sanitization, allowing crafted values to alter the invoked command. Access requires high privileges from an adjacent management network, and successful commands run as root inside the cbis_manager Podman container.
