Sensitive-file disclosure via exposed directory indexes

Directory listing in SourceCodester Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive files without authentication. The web server returns index listings for direct requests to the /customer_support/database/ and /customer_support/assets/ directories instead of denying access. Any network client that can reach the application can enumerate and retrieve exposed application files; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
