Code execution via undersized BWDIF chroma planes

Heap-based buffer overflow in FFmpeg n6.1-3-g466799d4f5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through crafted video input. BWDIF validates only the luma dimensions, so a chroma-subsampled frame can pass the minimum-size check even when its chroma planes are too small, causing out-of-bounds heap writes. Processing that frame with the BWDIF deinterlacing filter is required, and successful exploitation executes code in the FFmpeg process.
