Stored XSS via column management content
Published Dec 8, 2023 · Updated May 27, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in JFinalCMS 5.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The column-management interface stores attacker-controlled content and later renders it without neutralizing script markup; the public report does not identify the affected field, route, or function. Low-privileged access and a separate user's interaction are required, and successful exploitation can read or alter data available to that user's session.
