Decoder crash via invalid reference index count

Heap-buffer overflow in Struktur AG libde265 1.0.14 allows remote attackers to crash a decoder with a crafted H.265 bitstream. The crafted slice supplies an invalid active reference-index count; decode_ref_idx_lX lacks a guard and loops, while merge-candidate processing reads four bytes beyond PBMotion heap storage. An application must decode the bitstream, requiring no authentication but requiring user interaction.
