Application crash via unchecked component index

Out-of-bounds read in libheif 1.17.5 allows remote attackers to crash image-processing applications via a crafted HEIF file. UncompressedImageCodec::get_luma_bits_per_pixel_from_configuration_unci uses an uncC component index to access the cmpd component array without first checking its bounds. The application must process an uncompressed HEIF image containing a broken uncC component reference; demonstrated outcomes include a segmentation fault and sanitizer-detected memory errors.
