Application crash via unchecked null image data

Null pointer dereference in libheif 1.17.5 allows remote attackers to crash image-decoding applications with a crafted HEIF file. The UncompressedImageCodec::decode_uncompressed_image function accepts a null uncompressed-data buffer and later passes it to memcpy, triggering a read from address zero. Exploitation requires an application built with uncompressed-codec support to decode the attacker-supplied file, and the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
