Command execution via crafted MAC parameter
Published Dec 7, 2023 · Updated Sep 13, 2024
Command injection in Tenda AX12 firmware 22.03.01.46 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to execute commands via the mac parameter. The /goform/SetOnlineDevName handler accepts the untrusted value, but the public technical record does not identify the command-building function or execution sink. Successful injection can read or alter router data and interrupt routing; the published evidence does not establish exposure beyond an adjacent network.
