Authenticated service lockout via persistent integration redirect

Open redirect in ZenTao 4.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make the web application unusable via a ZDOO URL. The ZDOO interface-address setting accepts an arbitrary URL and persistently redirects subsequent ZenTao page requests to that address. An attacker must reach the administration integration settings and save the address; the resulting redirect blocks normal application use until the stored setting is corrected.
