Service crash via unchecked nil remote address

Denial of service in the free5GC 3.3.0 AMF allows remote attackers to crash the service via a malformed NGAP message. The Dispatch function calls String on a nil value returned by the SCTP connection's RemoteAddr method instead of rejecting the invalid connection state. An unauthenticated connection to the AMF NGAP service on SCTP port 38412 is sufficient, and the reported crash leaves the AMF unable to restart.
