Friend-link creation via forged administrator requests
Published Dec 5, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
CSRF in JFinalCMS 5.0.0 allows remote attackers to create friend links through an authenticated administrator's browser. The /admin/friend_link/save endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST containing name, URL, and sort fields without a request-verification token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load attacker-controlled content; the published proof changes friend-link data, while broader effects are not established.
