Arbitrary file read via GetConfig path traversal

Path traversal in affected Asterisk releases allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files through AMI GetConfig requests. The GetConfig handler joins a supplied filename containing dot segments to the configuration directory and loads the unresolved path without verifying that it remains inside that directory. A highly privileged AMI account and network access are required; successful exploitation discloses readable host files without modifying them.
