Authenticated script execution via unescaped checkout date
Published Dec 20, 2023 · Updated May 19, 2025
Reflected cross-site scripting in Kashipara Group Hotel Management 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. reservation.php reads the check_out_date query parameter and echoes it unmodified inside an HTML input value without context-appropriate encoding. An authenticated attacker must induce another user to open the crafted request; the script then runs within that user's application origin.
