Server impersonation via trust-all HTTPS client

Improper certificate validation in Apache DolphinScheduler 3.2.0 and earlier allows man-in-the-middle attackers to impersonate HTTPS servers. HttpUtils built its HTTPS client with an X509TrustManager whose server-certificate check did nothing and paired it with NoopHostnameVerifier, accepting untrusted certificates and hostnames. Exploitation requires control of the network path for an outbound HTTPS connection; the attacker can then supply server responses that DolphinScheduler treats as authentic.
