API permission-control flaws in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI allow remote attackers to compromise network-management service confidentiality. Huawei identifies the network-management module as the locus but has not disclosed the affected API or the permission operation it performs incorrectly. Affected releases are HarmonyOS 2.0.0, 2.1.0, 3.0.0, 3.1.0, and 4.0.0 and EMUI 11.0.1, 12.0.0, and 13.0.0; exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction.
