Authentication bypass in Stilog I.S.T. Visual Planning before 8 Build 240207 allows remote attackers to take over arbitrary accounts. The unauthenticated validateResetPasswwd method accepts unlimited guesses for a five-digit PIN stored in the reset session and leaves failed attempts unlogged. A valid PIN resets the targeted account to an empty password; compromising an administrator also permits malicious Java module installation and command execution.
