Unauthenticated file read via MySQL URL options

Arbitrary file read in Apache SeaTunnel Web 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to obtain files through a crafted MySQL data-source URL. The MySQL JDBC and CDC data-source channels pass the supplied URL to DriverManager without overriding Connector/J local-infile options. Network access without authentication is sufficient, and enabled local-infile flags expose files readable by the SeaTunnel process to the selected MySQL endpoint.
