Cross-site scripting in Innovs HR 1.0.3.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser via crafted links. The plugin reflects request data into generated pages without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a victim to click a crafted link, allowing script execution in the victim's browser context with read and page-manipulation impact.
