Payment secret disclosure via unrestricted AJAX handler

Sensitive information exposure in Leyka 3.30.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read stored payment secrets. The leyka_ajax_get_env_and_options AJAX handler returns the plugin environment and configured gateway options without restricting access above subscriber level. A subscriber account is required; successful requests disclose Sberbank API credentials, PayPal client secrets, and other stored keys and passwords.
