Code execution via out-of-bounds PAR parser write

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens Solid Edge SE2023 before V223.0 Update 10 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted PAR file. While parsing the file, the PAR parser writes past the end of an allocated buffer, corrupting memory in the current Solid Edge process. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-supplied file, after which code runs with that user's process privileges.
