Unauthenticated file modification via uninitialized signing key

Authentication bypass in ownCloud Server core 10.6.0 through 10.13.0 allows remote attackers to read, modify, or delete files via WebDAV. The WebDAV signed-URL verifier accepts pre-signed requests when the file owner's signing key is empty instead of rejecting authentication. Exploitation requires the victim's known username and the default uninitialized signing-key state, granting unauthenticated access to that victim's files.
