Arbitrary file access via FFmpeg argument injection

Argument injection in Jellyfin before 10.8.13 allows remote attackers to read or write host files through video-stream requests. VideosController passes unvalidated videoCodec and audioCodec query values into a single FFmpeg argument string, allowing extra flags to be appended. The endpoints require no authentication, but exploitation requires a valid random media item GUID; code execution additionally requires plugin loading and a server restart.
