Timing side channel in RustCrypto rsa 0.9.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to recover RSA private keys over a network. The modular-exponentiation path performs private-key operations in non-constant time, causing attacker-chosen ciphertexts to produce measurable response-time differences. Exploitation requires many precise timing observations from a consuming application's RSA interface; the reported consequence is private-key disclosure, not data modification or service interruption.
