Factory reset via unauthenticated TDDP command

Denial of service in TP-Link EAP225 V3 5.1.0 Build 20220926 allows remote attackers to erase its configuration via network packets. During roughly 15 minutes after reboot, TDDP on UDP port 1040 accepts unauthenticated encrypted-command subtype 0x49 and calls tddp_resetFactory. A correctly formed request sequence factory-resets the access point, leaves it abnormal until power-cycled, and applies defaults at the next boot.
