Unauthenticated code execution via adslPwd command injection
Published Nov 27, 2023 · Updated Oct 10, 2024
Command injection in Tenda AX1803 firmware 1.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted adslPwd value. The form_fast_setting_internet_set handler evaluates shell substitution embedded in adslPwd from a POST to /goform/fast_setting_internet_set. The published assessment requires no privileges or user interaction, and successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen commands with the router service's privileges.
