Remote password change via SMS code hijack

Authentication bypass in LTB Self Service Password before 1.5.4 allows remote attackers to change any user's password by hijacking SMS verification codes. The SMS verification workflow permits the destination phone number to be redirected to an attacker-controlled number, exposing verification codes and enabling unauthorized password resets. Network access is sufficient without authentication or user interaction; the resulting account takeover and arbitrary code execution claims are bounded to deployments using the affected SMS function.
