Missing authorization in Simple Dialer 5.18.1 allows local users to initiate and control phone calls through exposed Android intents. DialerActivity and CallActionReceiver accept external intents without restricting callers or requiring user consent, enabling call initiation, acceptance, and rejection. Exploitation requires another application on the Android device or local ADB access, and the consequence is limited to unauthorized telephony actions.
