Unauthenticated code execution via restored upload suffix

Unrestricted file upload in Xinhu XinhuOA 2.2.1 allows remote attackers to create executable PHP files through a public task endpoint. The qcloudCosClassAction run method accepts an attacker-supplied fileid and restores the original suffix and decoded content of an upload renamed with an uptemp suffix. No authentication or user interaction is required; the restored PHP web shell executes in the web server context and permits arbitrary server-side code execution.
