Unauthenticated SSRF via unvalidated request URLs

SSRF in Microcks before 1.17.1 allows remote attackers to access network resources and sensitive data through crafted GET requests. The /jobs and /artifact/download endpoints accept attacker-controlled repositoryUrl and url values and make outbound requests without restricting internal destinations. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposure is bounded to resources reachable from the Microcks host.
