Service interruption via unchecked negative array index

Stack-based overflow in BTstack 1.6 and earlier allows attackers to interrupt service via crafted input to char_for_nibble. The function accepts any signed integer below 16, so a negative value indexes before the hexadecimal lookup table instead of being rejected. No privileges or user interaction are required from an adjacent network position, and the published impact is limited to availability.
