Missing rate limiting in PHPJabbers Time Slots Booking Calendar 4.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust server resources through email requests. The pjActionAJaxSend action accepts repeated email-send requests without throttling, allowing request bursts to consume server capacity. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is service interruption rather than data access or modification.
