Unauthenticated SQL injection via unfiltered class_name
Published Dec 21, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Projectworlds Student Result Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries via class_name. The add_results.php handler accepts class_name from an unauthenticated POST request and passes it to the database without filtering SQL characters. No authentication or user interaction is required, exposing application data to reading or modification and permitting database-backed service interruption.
