Unauthenticated file disclosure via exec.php extension omission
Published Apr 15, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
File exposure in Combodo iTop allows remote attackers to retrieve restricted env-production files through pages/exec.php. The unauthenticated endpoint builds a target path from request values and previously checked only whether the file existed, without restricting the requested file to PHP. Any reachable non-PHP file in env-production, including sensitive content added by a third-party module, can therefore be disclosed.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
