Unauthenticated server crash via Gorilla decompression overflow

Heap buffer overflow in ClickHouse 23.3, 23.8, 23.9, and 23.10 release lines allows remote attackers to crash the server process. The Gorilla decoder trusts the encoded item count and writes beyond the destination buffer when malformed compressed data claims more output than the allocation holds. The native TCP interface exposes this path on port 9000 by default without authentication; successful exploitation terminates the server process and interrupts database service.
