Command injection in Dell vApp Manager before 9.2.4.x allows remote authenticated users with high privileges to execute arbitrary OS commands. Dell has not published the vulnerable handler, affected input, or the missing neutralization step that permits shell metacharacters to reach an OS command. Exploitation requires a high-privilege vApp Manager account and grants command execution with the application's system permissions, enabling data access, modification, and service interruption.
