Arbitrary file read in Dell vApp Manager before 9.2.4.x allows remote authenticated users with high privileges to read system files. Dell has not disclosed the affected component, request field, or missing validation that permits attacker-selected paths. Access requires a high-privilege vApp Manager account, and the reported consequence is file confidentiality loss without modification or service interruption.
