Event deletion via tokenless cross-site requests

CSRF in Concrete CMS before 8.5.14 and 9 before 9.2.3 allows remote attackers to make an administrator delete site events. The event deletion dialog accepted state-changing requests without requiring both POST and a valid token, while sequential numeric IDs made events targetable. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to process an attacker-controlled cross-site request, and the resulting impact is limited to event deletion.
