Victim-browser script execution via stored form input
Published Dec 15, 2023 · Updated Nov 25, 2024
Stored XSS in form fields in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.18 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in victims' browsers. Adobe identifies the locus only as vulnerable form fields and has not disclosed which field or code path fails to neutralize stored input. Low-privileged access is required to plant the content, and a victim must browse to its page before the script executes in that browser context.
