Unauthenticated endpoint access via unnormalized repeated slashes

Improper authorization in Quarkus HTTP security policies allows remote attackers to access protected endpoints via repeated path slashes. The path matcher treats adjacent forward slashes as separate empty segments instead of normalizing the request before evaluating the configured policy. Exposure requires path-based HTTP security rules; successful requests can disclose protected data, invoke restricted functions, or interrupt service.
