Stored script execution via unneutralized form fields
Published Dec 15, 2023 · Updated May 21, 2025
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.18 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim browser. Vulnerable form fields store attacker-supplied JavaScript without neutralizing it and render that content when another user opens the containing page. Low-privileged access is sufficient to plant the payload, but execution requires a victim to browse to the affected page; Adobe has not identified the specific field or code path.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
