Admin-triggered service restart via unchecked parameter lengths

Denial of service in the SINEC INS REST API before 1.0 SP2 Update 2 allows remote authenticated users to restart the server. The API fails to reject overlong parameter values under certain conditions, and a crafted request crashes the process before it automatically restarts. Administrative privileges are required; the reported consequence is a temporary service interruption with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
