CVE-2023-48365Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via HTTP request tunneling

Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Oct 21, 2025

HTTP request tunneling in Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows before August 2023 Patch 2 allows remote attackers to execute code. The proxy inadequately validates HTTP headers and forwards a tunneled request to the backend repository application under a privileged service identity. An unauthenticated HTTPS request can therefore reach administrative backend operations and run arbitrary code on the Windows server.
