Remote service crash via unchecked decoder write

An out-of-bounds write in UNISOC video decoders on Android 11 and 12 chipsets allows remote attackers to crash the decoding service. The decoder performs a write without checking the destination bounds, allowing crafted input to overwrite memory beyond the intended buffer.
