Improper attempt restriction in CodePeople Contact Form Email 1.3.41 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass CAPTCHA verification. The form's CAPTCHA verification permits repeated guesses without enforcing an effective attempt limit. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful bypass permits automated form submissions that defeat the plugin's anti-spam control.
