Stored link injection via unescaped circle names

Stored XSS in Nextcloud Server and Enterprise Server allows remote authenticated users to open injected links through Circles search. The Circles file-search code inserts circle display names into generated HTML without escaping metacharacters, allowing attacker-supplied anchors to become clickable content. Exploitation requires an authenticated attacker to create or rename a circle and another authenticated user to click that circle in a file-search filter; the documented consequence is opening the injected link.
