Session-cookie theft via unescaped device-group names

Stored cross-site scripting in LibreNMS before 23.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via a crafted device-group name. DeviceGroupController inserts the stored name into create, update, and deletion messages without HTML encoding, causing browsers to interpret it as markup. A low-privileged account must create the group, and another authenticated user must trigger a popup; successful exploitation can expose session cookies.
